Jhpiego Tanzania Internship program aim at providing experiences to young professionals and mentor them into professional roles. This internship will provide an experience to a young professional to get good on the job experiences, the tasks involved are not critical and do not require a full-time staff to complete. Jhpiego creates and delivers transformative health care solutions that save lives. In partnership with national governments, health experts and local communities, Jhpiego builds health providers’ skills and develops systems that save lives now and guarantee healthier futures for women and their families. All women and families, regardless of where they live, having equitable access to high-quality, lifesaving health care delivered by competent and caring providers. More than 4.3 million Tanzanians learned their HIV status through Jhpiego-led initiatives and more than 1 million men received voluntary medical male circumcision services for HIV prevention. Over84,000 women have been screened for cervical cancer, with the majority of the women who were l identified as having precancerous lesions and eligible for cryotherapy being treated on the same day as their screening.
